This is an arrangement of an old Beatles song that I had a lot
of fun fooling around with. I did all of the vocals and played
all of the parts,
and I used my Boss DR-5 to program the drums. I am particularly
happy with the way the bass line and the guitar solo came out.
If you get the chance, drop me a line and let me know what you
think of this version. Some folks think it’s awful, others kind
of dig it. I had high hopes for this, kind of like the way Alien
Ant Farm covered Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal” a few years
ago. Oh well, at least I had a lot of fun recording it.

Pearson (PLAY)
I wrote this song a long time
ago, and it is way overdue to be made available to the public. I
wrote the words and the music, Mike M and Joe A created their
respective drum and bass lines. I recorded this on the Boss
BR900CD 8 Track Recorder (down the road I will list all of my
gear for all of you equipment geeks out there). I played the
bass, programmed the drum parts (based on Mike and Joes
aforementioned input), played both guitar tracks and did the
singing. Later on today, I will solve world hunger.
This songs meaning is pretty straight forward, so I don’t think
we need to have a deep discussion about its content. If any of
you are interested in the lyrics, I’ll be happy to
e-mail them to you.
